I requested a bespoke gig, to combine two landscape images into one, with a smooth transition and recoloured in line with brand colours. The gig was delivered in line with specs. The first few drafts were not to the standard I expected; however, the seller reworked them to my satisfaction, and the final delivery was nice and delivered in all formats requested.
